Seriously... one of the BEST
ingredients
- 200g (7-8oz) Pork, chopped into small pieces
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp corn flour
- 1 egg
Bowl
- 100g (3-4oz, 1 cup) corn flour
Skillet (sauce)
- 2tbsp Oil (I used sesame, but they all work)
- 5g (1-2oz) minced garlic
- 2 bell peppers, chopped to whatever size you prefer
- 150g (5oz) Pineapple, chopped
- 50g (1.5oz or 1/4 cup) Sugar
- 50ml (1.5oz or 1/4 cup) Rice Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
You'll also need Oil for frying (however you like)

- Combine the first four ingredients into a bowl. Stir until the pork is completely coated
- Let it chill for about 20 minutes in the fridge
- Dip the pieces in the bowl of corn flour, until coated
- Fry the pork for a few minutes until golden, set aside
For the Sauce
- Add oil to the skillet over med/high heat and let it heat up for a few minutes
- Add the garlic, let it simmer for another few minutes.
- Add the Peppers, stir
- Add the Pineapple, stir
- Then add the Sugar, Vinegar, and Ketchup. Stir until totally combined
- Toss your fried Pork pieces into the sauce, and stir until everything is coated
