ingredients
1.5 Tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
salt and pepper
2lbs pork ribs
1 cup bbq sauce
directions
In a small bowl, mix together paprika, brown sugar, cayenne and S&P. Rub this mixture all over both sides of your ribs well.
Pour barbecue sauce over the ribs, cover and cook for 6-8 hours on low
Once the initial slow cooking is done, very carefully (as they are VERY tender) remove the ribs to a baking pan. Brush with the BBQ sauce and broil in the oven for about 4 minutes, flip, brush again, and broil for another 5 (don't skip this part even if the ribs already look amazing... they'll be UH-mazing)
