Apple Cinnamon....ee Pork

ingredients

6 (6 ounce) boneless pork chops
3 tablespoons cinnamon
1/2 cup margarine
4 cups apples, sliced
1 cup brown sugar

directions

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 Brown pork chops in a small amount of olive oil. Remove from heat.
3 Mix cinnamon, apples, and brown sugar.
4 In a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish, layer pork chops then top with apple mixture. Slice butter and place on top of pork chops.
5 Repeat until all pork chops are used.
6 Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
7 Remove foil and bake for an additional 15

Just a little bit less cinnamon, and this would be perfect. Probably only 2 tablespoons at most.

made this for dinner tonight...omg...we loved it!! it was so tasty!! the aroma in the house was amazing while they baked too!! thank you for this recipe, we for sure will be having it again!! also, the cinnamon for us was perfect!!
