4 Medium sized apples

1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon

3 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar (or to taste)

2 Cups of Water

First, wash your apples and then cut them into chop them to bite size pieces.

Put the apples into the crockpot.

Pour in two cups of water.

Put in a tablespoon of cinnamon and a tablespoon of brown sugar. Stir.

Put the crock pot on low heat and come back at every hour to stir and check on the apples. You can take a slice out to see if you want more brown sugar. I ended up adding two more.  Should take about 4 hours

When the apples are soft use a potato masher to get the consistency you desire. You'll leave the apples in for about six hours. Enjoy!
