Perfect for those extra chicken breasts you have in the fridge
ingredients
- 4-6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 3/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 2-8 slices Swiss Cheese (or Mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
directions
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Pat Chicken dry and place in a greased 9x13 pan
- Place sliced Cheese on top of Chicken
- In a bowl: mix Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, 1/2 cup Parmesan, Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder
- Spread over Chicken and sprinkle with the rest of the Parmesan
- Bake for 1 hour
