Ingredients Related Tips

  • 4-6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 3/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2-8 slices Swiss Cheese (or Mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream


  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Pat Chicken dry and place in a greased 9x13 pan
  3. Place sliced Cheese on top of Chicken
  4. In a bowl: mix Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, 1/2 cup Parmesan, Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder
  5. Spread over Chicken and sprinkle with the rest of the Parmesan
  6. Bake for 1 hour
  7. Enjoy!!
