ingredients
3-4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1-2 cup water
1-2 cup cider vinegar
directions
1 Add vegetable oil to pot.
2 Lightly brown chicken in oil.
3 Take out and rinse chicken.
4 Rinse pot.
5 Return chicken to pot.
6 Pierce chicken with fork to allow flavor to seep through.
7 Add vinegar and water to pot, enough to cover.
8 Bring to boil and reduce heat to medium.
9 Cook with lid on 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
