Great use for the leftover mashed

ingredients

  • 2lbs of Mashed Potatoes (cheese mixed in if you want)
  • 4 - 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - cooked and cubed
  • 1 20-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • Mixed chopped Veggies (Green Beans, Broccoli, Carrots, etc... Store bought bag or fresh)
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

directions

  1. Spread your mashed Potatoes in the bottom of a baking dish
  2. Combine: Chicken, Veggies, Mushroom Soup, Garlic Powder, and Pepper
  3. Spread the Mixture over the top of Potato Layer
  4. Top with Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  5. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes!
