Great use for the leftover mashed
ingredients
- 2lbs of Mashed Potatoes (cheese mixed in if you want)
- 4 - 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - cooked and cubed
- 1 20-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- Mixed chopped Veggies (Green Beans, Broccoli, Carrots, etc... Store bought bag or fresh)
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
directions
- Spread your mashed Potatoes in the bottom of a baking dish
- Combine: Chicken, Veggies, Mushroom Soup, Garlic Powder, and Pepper
- Spread the Mixture over the top of Potato Layer
- Top with Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Bake at 375 for 30 minutes!
