Fritos!!

ingredients

  • 2 large Chicken Breats
  • 6 oz Cream Cheese
  • 3/4 Cup shredded Cheese (I like Jack cheese)
  • 1/3 cup Jalapenos, seeded and diced
  • 1 Bag of Fritos, crushed
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups Flour
  • Salt and Pepper

directions

  1. Pre heat oven to 350F
  2. Stir together cream cheese, shredded cheese, and Jalapenos in a small bowl.
  3. Cut a pocket horizontally into the thickest side of the chicken breast.
  4. Fill with mixture and secure with twine or toothpicks
  5. Dip chicken breasts in beaten eggs, then flour, then crushed Fritos.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes and ENJOY!!
