Lemonade Chicken (Crock Pot)

Sounds wierd - but it's delish!

ingredients

4-6 pieces chicken breasts

1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade, thawed
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water

directions

1 Arrange chicken pieces in crock pot.
2 Mix lemonade, brown sugar, and ketchup together well.
3 Pour over chicken and cover.
4 Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
5 Remove chicken from pot but keep it covered so it stays hot.
6 Transfer liquid to saucepan and skim fat.
7 Combine cornstarch and cold water and add slowly to liquid, while stirring over low heat.
8 Serve when thickened.

When do I add the vinegar?

i am guessing that it is included with the ketchup, brown sugar and lemonade. i might try this weekend...
