Ingredients Related Tips

12 pieces of Chicken (I prefer Drummies)
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt


1.In a shallow bowl, mix together salt, pepper, and cheese. In a separate bowl, beat egg until lemon colored. Dip chicken in egg, coating well. Roll in cheese.
2.Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until brown.

these are delicious and go great with pasta. i'd recommend adding some bread crumbs to the mix if you want to give it and added crunch.


I just made this recipe but added some Italian herbs that come in the little grinders to the mix and it was phenomenal. Thanks for the idea
