ingredients
- 3-5 Chicken Breasts (cut into cubes)
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1 cup corn starch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup canola oil
Sauce (mix together)
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/2 cup white distilled vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
directions
For the Chicken
- Rinse Chicken, trim fat
- Season with salt and pepper
- Dip Chicken pieces in Corn Starch, coating completely
- Then dip in the Eggs
- Heat Oil in a skillet over med-high heat and pan fry until brown (few minutes)
- Place Chicken pieces in a baking dish
- Pour "Sauce" evenly over the Chicken, and bake at 350 for 15 minutes
- Turn chicken and bake for another 15 minutes.
