Easy - looks great in the middle of your table :)

ingredients

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 (1 pound) pork tenderloin

directions

1.In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the soy sauce, sugar and ketchup. Add the pork tenderloin; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
2.Drain and discard marinade. Place pork in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.

do all steps up to the oven part.\r\n\r\nsous vide at 131F for 2 hours.\r\n\r\nroast in 500 degree oven for 7 minutes.\r\n\r\nserve right away.\r\n\r\n
