So you forgot the taco shells :)

ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Packet Taco Seasoning (homemade recipe here!)
  • 2-4 Potatoes (depending on the size)
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp sour cream
  • 1/3 cup Cheese (shredded)
  • Little Olive Oil for brushing (optional)

Any other chopped toppings:

  • Tomatoes
  • Onions
  • Jalapenos
  • etc...

 

directions

  1. Brush your Potatoes with a little Oil and Salt
  2. Bake your Potatoes in the Oven or Microwave
  3. While Potatoes are cooking chop up toppings
  4. In the skillet cook your Ground Beef with the Taco Seasoning
  5. You can add the toppings to the beef if you like.
  6. Once Potatoes are done, Cut open the Potatoes and "fluff" with a fork
  7. Add a little butter, the Beef, Cheese, and Toppings
  8. Enjoy!
