Easy one for the week!

ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1 Tablespoon Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 onion, diced (optional)
  • 6 slices of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 - 12 refrigerated biscuits
  • Sliced Cheese (your choice)
  • Toppings, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Avocado, Pickles, etc...

directions

  1. In a skillet over med-high heat brown your Ground Beef with the Onions, drain
  2. Mix in Ketchup, Worcestershire, Mustard, and Brown Sugar
  3. Stir it all together, should make a "Sloppy Joe" type mix
  4. Spray your muffin tin with cooking spray and press the biscuits down to make the cup
  5. Fill with Meat Mixture and bake at 400F for 10 minutes
  6. Take out, top each muffin with a slice of Cheese and crumbled Bacon
  7. Bake for an additional 5 minutes
  8. They'll come out all nice and melted, then top with whatever else you like!!
  9. Enjoy!!
