4 egg whites
8 oz.sugar (245g )
oil for wiping on the foil
cream
canned fruit
directions
mix ( with mixer) 4 egg whites for 10 min,
line a Swiss roll tin with foil wipe with oil (dull side up)
put in the oven 150 degrees for 17 min,
leave it cool down and spread wiped cream and fruit (i put canned mandarins)
and roll.
