ingredients

1 egg, at room temperature
1 1/4 cups canola oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2-3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar

directions

1 Crack egg into the bowl of a food processor.
2 Add salt and sugar, and process until well combined.
3 With the motor running, add the oil in a slow, steady stream until all is incorporated.
4 With the machine running, add the rice vinegar.
5 Cover, and refrigerate for at least an hour, before ready to use.
