You can use any tin you want... just might not be "donuts" then ;)
ingredients
Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose Flour
- 1/3 cup of white sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
Dry Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 Egg
- 1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
You can add any fruit you like, I used Blueberries
directions
- Preheat the oven to 375F (or 190C)
- Mix all the Dry ingredients together in a Bowl
- Mix all the Wet ingredients together in a Bowl
- Pour the Wet ingredients into the Dry ingredients and stir
- Add in your fruit (Blueberries)
- Pour Batter int a greased Donut Pan (or any other tin you like, muffin, loaf, etc...)
- Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes
