You can use any tin you want... just might not be "donuts" then ;)

ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose Flour
  • 1/3 cup of white sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda

Dry Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract

You can add any fruit you like, I used Blueberries

directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F (or 190C)
  2. Mix all the Dry ingredients together in a Bowl
  3. Mix all the Wet ingredients together in a Bowl
  4. Pour the Wet ingredients into the Dry ingredients and stir
  5. Add in your fruit (Blueberries)
  6. Pour Batter int a greased Donut Pan (or any other tin you like, muffin, loaf, etc...)
  7. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes

Just a note here: The Dry ingredients and Wet are labeled wrong. And for Recipe Makes, it just says 2. Two what? I made mine in muffin pan nine sized donuts. They very good!
