Quick and easy to make oatmeal cookies. Great for quick breakfast.
ingredients
3 cups oats
Just enough milk or water to make it moist
3 tablespoons oil
Brown sugar to taste
directions
Pour oats in a large bowl.
Stir in milk (water if you want even less calories. I find they taste the same)
Add oil and brown sugar.
Scoop mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
