Best Oatmeal Cookies Ever

Mix and match ingredients to make a yummy combo of your choice.

ingredients

1 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons of cinnamon
3 cups of quick oats
1/2 cups of raisins OR sunflower seeds OR chocolate chips OR combo of your choice

directions

preheat oven to 350
1 cream butter and sugar
2 add eggs, one at a time
3 add vanilla
4 in separate bowl mix flour, soda, salt and cinnamon
5 slowly add to butter mixture
6 stir in oats
7 stir in any other ingredients that you choose
8 drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet
9 bake 12-14 minutes until edges are just golden brown; cookies will harden as they cool
The secret to these cookes is use LESS sugar than you would instinctually use and be generous with the cinnamon. Great for Breakfast!!!!
