1 cup Lowfat milk

1/2 cup Mott's Apple Sauce

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1-1/2 tsp Sugar


Shake all ingredients in container with tight-fitting lid or stir in glass until well blended.

Just add the fruits to milk! - easy



Not bad! Makes a nice healthy and quick breakfast drink if you don't want to dirty the blender! I'll have to try some oatmeal in it next time.


Tastes like a milkshake. only better!


It might sound weird, but I made this and threw some Quaker Oatmeal Squares in it and ate it with a spoon. Delicious!
