These are quick and delishious
ingredients
2-3 apples (peeled, cored, and sliced.. I used Granny Smith)
2/3 Cup Flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup shortening (I use half butter)
Cinnamon Sugar
directions
1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2 Peel, core and slice enough apples to fill a pie plate.
3 Mix other 3 ingredients with two knives, a pastry blender, or your hands. Add to top of apples. (I did this with a glove on my hand, was easy)
5. Sprinkle top with Cinnamon Sugar
5 Bake approximately 30 minute or until apples are tender
**Note** you CAN make this with just one apple but I highly recommend cutting down the ingredients for the crumble top or you will taste more of the topping than the apple.
