Sausage Stuffed Biscuits

I'm sure you could use another type of pork if you want ;)

ingredients

  • Frozen pork sausage links: 1 package or 7 ounces
  • Refrigerated biscuits Pillsbury Grands: 1 package or 16 ounce.
  • Grated cheddar cheese: 1/3 cup
  • Thinly sliced green onions: 2 tablespoons
  • 2 eggs - beaten

directions

  1. Cook your sausage however you like, then Drain and cut in quarters.
  2. Cook the beaten eggs partially until it is almost cooked but not over cooked. It should be runny. (microwave works well to do this about 25 seconds) Break the beaten eggs to small pieces.
  3. Dust your counter top or bread board surface with flour.
  4. Roll a round of biscuit dough to make 5-inch circle.
  5. Stuff the dough into a lightly greased muffin cup, drape the dough.
  6. Distribute the ingredients into biscuits by adding sausage, cheese, green, onion and the last is egg.
  7. Pinch the tops together and brush with melted butter
  8. Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes at 400 degrees F.
