How did I not figure this one out

ingredients

12 slices bread (I use honey whole wheat)
3/4 cup peanut butter
6 tablespoons jam (I use strawberry)
3 eggs
3/4 cup skim milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter

directions

1 Spread peanut butter and jam on 6 separate slices of bread, and form sandwiches.
2 In mixing bowl, lightly beat eggs; add milk and salt and mix together.
3 Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
4 Dip sandwiches in egg mixture, coating well.
5 Place in skillet and brown both sides.
6 Serve immediately.
Variation: use waffles instead of bread!

If you have the ingredients add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1/4 of sugar and a pinch of nutmeg. It makes a world of difference.
