Whole Grand Slam Muffin!
ingredients
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 Tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg
- 6 slices Bread
- 6 slices partially cooked bacon (2 minutes in microwave or 10 minutes in a 400 oven)
- 4 slices of cheese (your favorite)
- 6 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- maple syrup or honey
directions
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Spray JUMBO muffin tin with cooking spray (REALLY WELL)
- In a bowl: whisk beaten eggs, cream, cinnamon and nutmeg together
- Dip bread in the bowl and press them into the Muffin tin to make a "Cup"
- Place Cheese in the bottom of the "Bread Cup"
- Pull the cup out of the tin a little bit to wrap the Bacon around the outside of the toast, and press back into the pan
- Crack an egg in the middle
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Drizzle with maple syrup
