ingredients
- 4 thick slices white bread (stale preferred)
- 1½ tbsp butter
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- Salt
- sugar and cinnamon mixed (optional)
directions
- Using Stale Bread, cut each slice into 4 sticks
- In a Large Bowl: Combine Eggs, Milk, and Salt
- On a plate: Mix Cinnamon and Sugar
- Melt butter in a skillet
- Roll breadsticks in the egg mix and toss in the pan
- Cook each side until golden brown
- Roll in the Cinna-Sugar mixture
- Serve!
