2lbs Potatoes (Cut into hash browns, or use frozen)8oz Sour Cream12oz Cream of Chicken Soup1 Stick Unsalted Butter1/2 cup chopped Onion2 Cups Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
Chop onions.Place potatoes in a greased 9×13 inch pan.Season to taste with salt and pepper.Melt butter in the microwave.In a bowl combine minced onions, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup, and melted butter.Pour soup mixture over potatoes; Generously top with Cheddar Cheese.Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until all is completely warm, and the cheese begins to melt.
