ingredients
Brussels Sprouts
Olive Oil
Black Pepper
Salt
Cayenne pepper (optional)
Balsamic Vinegar (optional)
Sesame Seeds (optional)
directions
Slice the Brussels in half and place them onto the skewer
Sprinkle with the olive oil, and seasonings
Place on the grill over high heat until golden
If you're baking in the oven, place them on a baking sheet cut side down (not on skewers) and bake at 430F (or 220C) for about 8 minutes until golden brown.
Then drizzle balsamic and sesame seeds if you like.
