ingredients
1 bunch asparagus
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove
pepper
3 tablespoons feta cheese
directions
1 Snap off asparagus ends.
2 Boil asparagus until tender, drain, and set aside.
3 Add olive oil and garlic to saute pan.
4 Saute for 1 minute until garlic is fragrant.
5 Add aspargus back to pan, saute for 3 minutes.
6 Add pepper to taste.
7 Remove fron pan and sprinkle with feta cheese.
