ingredients

  • 1lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Can Re-fried Beans
  • 1 cup shredded Cheese (you can also use a Cheese Sauce)
  • 1 Packet Taco Seasoning
  • Tortillas (1 bigger than the other - you can cut one to size if needed)
  • Corn Tostada Shells or Broken Taco Shells
  • Cooking Spray

Optional Toppings

  • Lettuce
  • Sour Cream
  • Tomatoes
  • Cilantro
  • Onion
  • Salsa
  • Avocado

directions

  1. Prepare the sizes of your Tortillas, use a small plate as a template to cut the "smaller ones"
  2. Brown/Chop up your ground beef in a skillet
  3. Stir in Taco Seasoning
  4. Heat up Re-Fried Beans
  5. Lay the Larger Tortilla Flat
  6. Spread Beans and/or Cheese in the Center
  7. Lay corn Tortilla on top of the Beans
  8. Add any other toppings you like.
  9. Guacamole, Sour Cream, Salsa work great to hold everything together inside
  10. Lay Smaller Tortilla on top
  11. Fold the edges of the Larger Tortilla up and around the smaller one.
  12. Spray the outside with Cooking spray
  13. Cook, seam side down, in a skillet until brown
  14. Flip, and cook until brown
  15. Serve!!
