1/2 tomato, sliced
2 slices bread, toasted
2 teaspoons peanut butter
salt
pepper

directions

Toast bread.
2 spread with peanut butter.
3 top with tomato.
4 sprinkle with salt (optional) and pepper.

I thought this was absolutely nasty, but its actually quite delicious! This is probably the only weird-sounding recipe I will try for a long, long time. I am NOT going anywhere near bacon cupcakes, thankyouverymuch :P
