Eaten this for years...unlikely but good

ingredients

2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
2 tablespoons peanut butter (I use natural)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise (I prefer Hellman's Real Mayo)
1 medium tomato, sliced (I prefer thick slices for this recipe)

directions

1 Toast bread.
2 Spread one slice of bread with peanut butter.
3 Spread mayo on top of peanut butter.
4 Top with tomato slices
5 Add 2nd piece of bread, cut in half and enjoy!

I've been eating pb & tomato sandwiches for years...it was something my grandfather used to make...however, never tried the bread toasted...but Im going to!
