description

Great idea for the leftover patties

ingredients

  • Burger Patties - Cooked
  • Cheese - Shredded works best
  • Condiments - BBQ, Ketchup, Mustard, etc...
  • Toppings - Grilled Onions, Tomatoes, etc...
  • Tortillas
  • Cooking Spray

directions

  1. Chop the burger into small pieces.
  2. Add all ingredients to the tortilla,  starting and ending with cheese.
  3. Fold in the sides, then fold into a wrap.
  4. Spray a grill pan or griddle with the cooking spray.
  5. Add the wrap to the hot pan, seam side down to begin.
  6. Spray the top side with the cooking spray as well. This helps it to brown and helps the "shell" crisp up.
  7. Press the wrap with something heavy while its "grilling" - maybe a smaller pan or even a brick covered with aluminum foil.
  8. Turn when golden brown to grill the other side.
  9. Don't forget the edges!

this is really easy to make and takes great. I have made hamburger wraps before but never thought about grilling them.
