ingredients
2 slices tomatoes
1 slice toasted English muffin
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
1 dash italian seasoning - or even dressing
directions
1 Put slices of tomato to fill top of toasted english muffin (butter toast if you wish).
2 Sprinkle tomato with bleu cheese and dash of Italian seasoning (or your own favorite seasoning).
3 Microwave about 40 seconds or until bleu cheese just begins to melt.
