ingredients
4 kosher hot dogs
4 hot dog buns
1/2 cup prepared chili, with or without beans
2 (3/4 ounce) slices American cheese, cut in half
directions
Place hot dogs in buns and arrange them in a paper towel-lined dish. Top each hot dog with 2 tablespoons chili and 1 piece of cheese. Microwave at HIGH for 2 to 5 minutes or until the cheese melts, rotating dish twice during cooking time.
