I always have an avocado in the house!
ingredients
2 slices white bread
1 avocado, mashed
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
garlic salt, to taste
directions
1 Peel avocado and place in bowl. Mash with fork till smooth.
2 Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Stir until blended.
3 Place on slice of white bread. Top with other slice of bread. Enjoy!
