Tuscan Italian Pasta Salad

description

A delicious twist on regular pasta salad!

ingredients

1 box tri colored spiral pasta
1 cup halved cherry or grape tomatoes
1 cup chopped carrots
1/2 diced large onion
1/2 pepperoni log, diced
1 can black olives (optional)
1 bottle Tuscan Italian dressing
sea salt/pepper

directions

Dice carrots into small pieces and cook with pasta. Cook pasta (and carrots) according to directions on package, drain, and let cool in large serving bowl. Pour in a small amount of dressing and mix through to prevent sticking.

Cut tomatoes (and olives)

Dice onion and pepperoni

Add tomatoes,(olives), onion, and pepperoni to pasta. Pour in remaining dressing. Salt and pepper and mix well.

Cover and chill in fridge until ready to serve.
