Simple and Tasty Asparagus

Ingredients Related Tips

20 oz Asparagus (fresh or frozen is best) I use Woodstock Farms Organic Baby Asparagus, in the freezer section.)

2 T butter Lemon Juice Garlic/herb seasoning (I use McCormick Perfect Pinch)

Grated Parmesan or Parmesan and Romano Cheese Sea salt


Weather fresh or frozen, start by melting some butter in a frying pan on medium heat.

Place bed of asparagus over butter. Squeeze a little lemon juice over the asparagus and lightly salt.

Sprinkle a little garlic and herb seasoning, and then some grated cheese. Cook for a few minuets, then turn over and sprinkle more cheese and seasoning on other side. Cook until tender, being careful not to overcook.
