1 box Rice-a-Roni, any kind
2T butter
2 green onions, chopped
1 tomato, roughly chopped (Canned is fine)
1 zucchini, 6"
2 chopped mushrooms
directions
Cook Rice-a-Roni as directed. Let cool, then add vegetables, mix. Substitute or add whatever other you want
I don't put a dressing on this but I suppose you could.
