I use this for my leftover rice - Awesome!

Ingredients Related Tips

1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon Creole seasoning*
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups cooked long-grain rice


In a saucepan, melt butter; add Creole seasoning and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. Stir in rice. Cover and heat through.

This sounds really good. Why is there an asterisk on creole seasoning. I can't find what it references; am missing something? BTW thanks for all the great recipes. Sure has taken boredom out of many meals
