Delicious twist to ordinary potato salad!
ingredients
Potatoes
Bacon
Shredded Cheese
salt & pepper
mayonaise &/or ranch dressing
directions
Cut potatoes into 1inch cubes and boil for about 10minutes, or until soft (or boil whole potato and cut after. I like cutting first because I dont use the skin and it doesnt take as long to cook tender). Let them cool while preparing bacon! Cook bacon to your liking, real bacon is WAY better than taking a short cut and buying bacon bits. Break up into bite size pieces and add to potatoes, also add shredded cheese to the mix. I have made it with mayo/ranch mix (50/50) and also with just mayo... both come out amazing! You can also add black olives, celery, green onion- or white or red- or any other toppings you can think of. Its still great even at its most bland, though! Enjoy :)
