ingredients
- 1 lb pasta (I used spiral, but any will work)
- 1 lb pepperoni
- 1 lb ground beef (or Sausage)
- 1 (15 ounce) jars pizza sauce (Homemade recipe HERE if you need one)
- 1/2 to 1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
- dried parsley
- onion powder
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
- Pour into large mixing bowl.
- Finely chop half of the pepperoni.
- Brown hamburger meat and pepperoni along with onion powder and minced garlic.
- Drain.
- Mix pasta, pizza sauce, and meat in bowl.
- Stir in half of the cheeses (Parmesan and Mozzarella)
- Pour in lightly greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle remaining cheeses over top.
- Place remaining pepperoni slices on top.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes until cheese bubbles.
