ingredients
Basic pizza dough
Two cups of freshly shredded fresh whole milk mozzarella
1 cup of ricotta
2 tablespoons of feta
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Five thinly sliced grape tomatoes
directions
Press dough onto pizza pan and proof at 400F for five minutes Put clove of garlic in garlic press and then mix the pulp with olive oil and brudh over the warm crust. Top with shredded mozzarella, then intermittently drop little dollops of ricotta. Place the tomatoes in between the ricotta. Sprinkle the feta all over. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is lightly browned and crust is golden.
