ingredients

  • About 1/4 cup of cooked spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cooked lasagna noodle
  • 1/4 Cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Ricotta Cheese (Cottage cheese works great too)
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped, cooked hamburger and/or sausage (optional)

  • Gather all ingredients first. 
  • To make one serving in a ramekin - on paper plate lay noodle flat. 
  • Use a paper towel to gently dry noodle. 
  • Spoon Ricotta and half the Mozzarella in the center along the length of it.
  • You can roll a few spinach leaves up in it too if you like, yum!
  • Roll noodle up loosely to contain ingredients. 
  • Transfer to ramekin with a large spoon. 
  • Pour spaghetti sauce over the top and sprinkle remaining Mozzarella over the top.
  • Bake at 350 20-25 min. or until cheese is browned.  Amount of ingredients is approximate, everyone has different taste.
  • Just make sure the pasta is covered with sauce or cheese or it will get hard in the oven.
