Garlic Chicken Pasta

ingredients

  • 1 Box bow tie pasta
  • 8 ounce fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
  • 2 chicken breasts (grilled in olive oil)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp roasted garlic
  • 1 cube butter
  • 4 tbs heavy cream
  • Dash Cayenne
  • Salt & Pepper to taste 

directions

  • Cook Pasta and set aside
  • In sauce pan, cook garlic in butter until roasted
  • Add seasonings and cream
  • Brown mushrooms in butter and olive oil
  • On the side, remove sun dried tomatoes from oil and slice into small pieces
  • Combine mushrooms, tomatoes and garlic sauce
  • Drain pasta and pour sauce over - mixing well
  • Slice grilled chicken and add to mixture
  • Sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately.
