Ingredients

• 3-4 Chicken breasts
• 1/4 cup butter 
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese 
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
• 16 oz Fettuccine 

Directions

• Cut chicken breasts into small cubes.
• Put a little bit of oil in frying pan and turn to medium heat.
• Toss in cut up chicken and cook until nicely browned.
• Boil fettuccine noodles.
• Once fettuccine is fully cooked strain, add a tablespoon of butter and set aside.
• Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.
• Add cream and simmer for about 5 minutes.
• Add garlic and cheese and stir quickly.
• Stir in Parsley
• Combine sauce and chicken and add to fettuccine, stir well and enjoy!!
