ingredients
- 1 lb raw shrimp (You can use frozen if you want as well, just make sure they're thawed and dried out)
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1-2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/3 block softened cream cheese
- 5-6oz spaghetti, fettuccine, linguine noodles (whatever you like)
- 1-2 tbsp Basil
- 1 tsp Seasoned Salt
- S&P to taste
- 1-2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 pasta water
- Parmesan cheese for topping
directions
- Cook your pasta according to the box, save about 1/2 cup of the pasta water
- While that's cooking, melt butter in the skillet over medium heat
- Season Shrimp with Basil, Seasoning Salt, Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- Cook shrimp in the skillet for a couple minutes
- Add Garlic, and cook the shrimp for a few more minutes on each side
- Add Lemon Juice, Diced Tomatoes, and any other veggies you like, and cook for another few minutes
- Add Cream Cheese and stir it all together until it's nice and creamy.
- Add the Cooked Pasta, 1/2 cup pasta water, and stir
- Top with a little Parmesan, and Enjoy!!
