ingredients

  • 1 lb raw shrimp (You can use frozen if you want as well, just make sure they're thawed and dried out)
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1-2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/3 block softened cream cheese
  • 5-6oz spaghetti, fettuccine, linguine noodles (whatever you like)
  • 1-2 tbsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Seasoned Salt
  • S&P to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 pasta water
  • Parmesan cheese for topping

 

directions

  1. Cook your pasta according to the box, save about 1/2 cup of the pasta water
  2. While that's cooking, melt butter in the skillet over medium heat
  3. Season Shrimp with Basil, Seasoning Salt, Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  4. Cook shrimp in the skillet for a couple minutes
  5. Add Garlic, and cook the shrimp for a few more minutes on each side
  6. Add Lemon Juice, Diced Tomatoes, and any other veggies you like, and cook for another few minutes
  7. Add Cream Cheese and stir it all together until it's nice and creamy.
  8. Add the Cooked Pasta, 1/2 cup pasta water, and stir
  9. Top with a little Parmesan, and Enjoy!!
