Quick and Easy Italian-Style Meatballs
ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 handful Town House Italian herb crackers
1 egg
salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning- as much/little as you want

directions
Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl, mix uncooked ground beef, egg, and seasonings. Crush crackers into crumbs and mix them in with beef, egg, and seasonings. Grease a cooking pan. Roll the mixture into meatballs, then place them about 1-2 inches apart on baking pan. Put in the oven for 25-30 minutes. You can add these meatballs to pasta sauce, make a meatball sub, make spaghetti and meatballs, or whatever you want!
