ingredients
15 oz low fat ricotta
12 oz low fat cottage cheese
28 oz marinara sauce
8 lasagna noodles
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt, pepper to taste
2/3 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
directions
Mix cottage cheese, ricotta, oregano and Parmesan cheese. Lightly salt and pepper.
Place cup marinara in crock pot. Add browned lean ground beef or turkey layer if desired.
Place 4 uncooked noodles as next layer. Repeat layers. Top with mozzarella.
Cook on low for 4 hours.
