Just what the name says.

ingredients

1 bottle of beer (12 ounce)

2 cups of flour

1 1/2 pounds of skinned/de-boned cod fillets.

And oil for frying

Cut fish into 1 inch strips. Heat oil to 375 F. In a large bowl, stir 1 1/2 cups of flour into the beer. Stir in seasoning of your choice. Pat fish dry and lightly season. Coat fish in the beer/flour/seasoning batter. Cover battered fish in remaining flour. Fry fish, turning over frequently, until deep golden and cooked through. Serve.
