Ingredients Related Tips

•16 oz. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
•1 cup chunky salsa
•2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
•1/4 cup chopped green onions
•6 flour tortillas


Cook hash brown potatoes as directed on package. Add salsa, cheese and green onion and saute for 3-4 minutes until hot. Fold mixture into warmed flour tortillas and serve. 6 servings

This would probably work well with some fried beans as well (with cumin, of course)

i make this with the beyond beef ground crumble its so yum guac and almond cheddar salsa you can sour cream out of cashews.

It's a great vegetarian recipe. I added pinto/chilli beans, avocado,and jalapenos. Came out great.
